​This beginner’s course is suitable for all skill levels in the kitchen, from the enthusiastic home cook to the more experienced chef who would like to learn how to make England’s national dish the chicken Tikka Massala. This is a mild curry suitable for the whole family.
You will be making the following under Tommy’s direct supervision, Chicken Tikka Massala, Rice Pilaf, and a mango relish.
